Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Switzerland and Intention to Apply for Removal from the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Fletcher Challenge Industries Overseas Limited AK. 39934 and Fletcher Challenge Forests Holdings Limited AK. 39938 give notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that after the 14th day of December 2000, they intend to apply, under section 351 of that Act, for each of them to be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register in connection with them becoming incorporated under the laws of Switzerland.
