Advertisement of Application for Disposal of The Trust Property and Income of The Gift for

Life Trust
Take notice that on the 11th day of July 2000, The Gift for Life Trust Board applied to the High Court at Hamilton for orders disposing of the whole of the property and income of The Gift for Life Trust according to the following scheme:
(a) First, in payment of all outstanding debts and other amounts owed or owing by the Board whether actual or contingent and whether invoiced or accrued; and
(b) Secondly, in payment of all the reasonable expenses of or incidental to preparing, perusing and advertising the scheme; and
(c) Thirdly, by transferring the balance to the Lloyd Morgan Lions Club Charitable Trust on trust to be credited to Designated Fund Number 16 to be applied for the benefit of the New Zealand National Liver Transplant Service first for the purpose of the building of an accommodation building for the families of patients and secondly, if any surplus remains, for the purposes generally of the Liver Transplant Unit at the School of Medicine, Auckland University.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 9th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must give written notice of their intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Hamilton and The Gift for Life Trust Board and the Attorney-General by the 1st day of November 2000.
