Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies
The board of directors of Les Whitty Consultants Limited ("LWC"), gives public notice of the proposed amalgamation of LWC and Zelko New Zealand Limited ("Zelko") under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993.
The proposed amalgamation will result in the amalgamating companies continuing as one company which will be Zelko.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of LWC or Zelko or any person to whom LWC or Zelko are under an obligation at the registered office of LWC or Zelko, 15 Ngapara Street, Alexandra, during normal business hours.
A member or creditor of LWC or Zelko or any person to whom LWC or Zelko are under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to LWC or Zelko.
