Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies
The board of directors of Zelko New Zealand Limited ("Zelko"), gives public notice of the proposed amalgamation of Zelko and Les Whitty Consultants Limited ("LWC") under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993.
The proposed amalgamation will result in the amalgamating companies continuing as one company which will be Zelko.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of Zelko or LWC or any person to whom Zelko or LWC are under an obligation at the registered office of Zelko or LWC, 15 Ngapara Street, Alexandra, during normal business hours.
A member of creditor of Zelko or LWC or any person to whom Zelko or LWC is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Zelko or LWC.
