Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the above-named amalgamating companies propose to amalgamate on the 1st day of October 2000.
The amalgamated company will be Kapiti-Horowhenua Realty Limited which will change its name to
Mana-Kapiti-Horowhenua Realty Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of Kapiti-Horowhenua Realty Limited and/or Paremata-Whitby Realty Limited or any person to whom either such company is under an obligation, at the registered office of the amalgamating companies, care of T. J. Leamy, Chartered Accountants, Third Floor, 191 Thorndon Quay, Wellington, and at the following places:
The offices of Harcourts Kapiti-Horowhenua Realty Limited, First Floor, Coastlands Parade, Paraparaumu, and Gault Mitchell, Lawyers, Natural Gas Corporation House, Level Four, 22 The Terrace, Wellington.
A shareholder or creditor of either of the above-named amalgamating companies or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
