Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Companies Act"), Charles Ashton Limited ("Charles Ashton") gives notice that it intends, after the 10th day of August 2000, to apply to the Register of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act, for Charles Ashton to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with the company becoming incorporated in Norfolk Island under Norfolk Island corporation law.
