Notice of Dissolution
Notice is hereby given that the members of the Institute Printing and Publishing Society Limited ("the society") have resolved that the society be dissolved, pursuant to section 15 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the society has ceased to operate, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its rules and the Act.
Any member of the society or other person interested in or having any claims on the funds of the society is required if they so wish to commence proceedings to set aside such dissolution prior to the 14th day of October 2000.
Notice of any such proceedings must be delivered to the Registrar of Industrial Provident Societies 7 days before such proceeding is commenced.
