Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Australia
The above-named company hereby gives notice that on or after the 7th day of July 2000, the company intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
