Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
The board of directors of Mangatahi Vineyard Estate Limited and Terraceview Vineyards Limited hereby give public notice of the proposed amalgamation of the two companies.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either amalgamating company or any person to whom either amalgamating company is under an obligation.
The copies of the amalgamation proposal are able
to be viewed at the registered office, being PricewaterhouseCoopers, corner of Raffles Street and Bower Street, Napier during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of either amalgamating company or any person to whom either amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
Amalgamation is proposed to take effect on the 30th day of June 2000.
