Mortgaged Property
In the matter of sections 104DD and 104EE of the Property Law Act 1952, and in the matter of memorandum of mortgage No. B. 482846.9 (South Auckland Registry) ("the mortgage"):
Trevor George Shirreffs and Catherine Winifred Stewart, the mortgagees under the mortgage, hereby give notice that the mortgagee is now receiving income from the mortgaged property from the 20th day of April 2000.
The mortgaged property includes:

3. 14 Totara Street, Mangakino.
4. 9 Rangiora Street, Mangakino.
5. 25 Huamai Street, Mangakino.
