Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Auckland proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:
Cuchinis Properties Limited (in liquidation) AK. 831511. Applicant: The Registrar of Companies.
The Registrar proposes to act under Section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that a reason existed for the company to remain on the Register at the time it was removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland by the 1st day of May 2000.
