Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by Nova Gas Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.
Nova Gas Limited proposes to amalgamate with Todd LPG Limited and shareholders of Nova Gas Limited will become shareholders of Todd LPG Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal dated 7 March 2000 are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Todd LPG Limited, or any person to whom the company or Todd LPG Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company situated at Level Eight, Wakefield House,
90 The Terrace, Wellington or of Todd LPG Limited situated at Level Thirteen, The Todd Building, corner of Brandon Street and Lambton Quay, Wellington.
A shareholder or creditor of the company or Todd LPG Limited, or any person to whom the company or Todd LPG Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or Todd LPG Limited.
