Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by Todd LPG Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.
Todd LPG Limited proposes to amalgamate with Nova Gas Limited and shareholders of Nova Gas Limited will become shareholders of Todd LPG Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal dated 7 March 2000 are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Nova Gas Limited, or any person to whom the company or Nova Gas Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company situated at Level Thirteen, The Todd Building, corner of Brandon Street and Lambton Quay, Wellington or of Nova Gas Limited situated at Level Eight, Wakefield House, 90 The Terrace, Wellington.
A shareholder or creditor of the company or Nova Gas Limited, or any person to whom the company or Nova Gas Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or Nova Gas Limited.
