Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
The above companies hereby give notice that in not less than 20 workings days from the date of this notice they propose amalgamating and continuing as Highbrook Development Limited.
Any shareholder or creditor of any of the above companies or any person to whom any of the above companies is obligated may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the companies detailed below during normal working hours, and shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request to any of the above companies.
