Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by the above companies of an amalgamation proposal affecting the companies.
A1 Electrical Limited and Central Electrical Limited propose to amalgamate and A1 Electrical Limited shareholders will become shareholders in Central Electrical Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal dated the 18th day of February 2000, are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of either of the companies, or any person to whom either of the companies are under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies, both situated at Kendons, Chartered Accountants, 69 Rutherford Street, Lower Hutt.
A shareholder or creditor of either of the companies, or any other person to whom either of the companies are under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the companies.
