Notice of Intention to Apply for Transfer of Incorporation
Notice is given that Metal Manufacturers Limited, the sole shareholder of MM Cables New Zealand Limited, intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is the 10th day of March 2000.
