Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held on Wednesday, the 20th day of December 2000 at 2.00 p.m., at the offices of Ibbotson, Cooney & Co, Chartered Accountants, Level One, 69 Tarbert Street, Alexandra, for the purpose of:
1. Resolving whether to confirm the appointment of Kenneth Charles Cook, chartered accountant of Alexandra, as liquidator, appointed by special resolution of the members of the company on the 10th day of October 2000, or to appoint another liquidator in his place.
2. Determining whether to pass a resolution for the purpose of section 258 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 (the views of creditors for the liquidator to have regard to).
