Notice of Creditors' Meeting
A meeting of creditors of International Casualty & Surety Company Limited (in liquidation) will be held by way of postal ballot.
The meeting will be held to determine whether the creditors wish to appoint Kerryn Downey and Janice Dawson, of KPMG, as joint and several liquidators in place of the official assignee.
For voting purposes, creditor's claims and postal votes must be lodged with the official assignee in Auckland by the 8th day of January 2001.
