Notice of General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of a general meeting of the company to be held at BDO Waikato, corner of Rostrevor and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton, on Tuesday, the 20th day of December 2000, commencing at 9.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
The purpose of the meeting is to present the report on the liquidation and give any explanations thereof as required by section 281 of the Companies Act 1955.
