Notice to Creditors to Claim
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the
matter of Chatham Islands Fishermans Co-operative Company Limited (in liquidation):
The official assignee and liquidator has fixed the 13th day of December 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
