Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) An explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) Confirmation of the existing liquidator or the appointment of a replacement;
(c) To receive the views of creditors; and
(d) General business.
The meeting will be held on Friday, the 8th day of December 2000 at 11.00 a.m., First Floor, The Rimu Room, Coastlands Shopping Mall, Paraparaumu.
