Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
We, John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens, the liquidator of the above-named company, hereby fix the
15th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
