Public Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held by way of postal ballot on the 17th day of November 2000.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the resolution that "an application to the Court be made for the appointment of Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins of Insolvency Management Limited as liquidators in place of the official assignee".
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and postal votes must be lodged with the official assignee on the 17th day of November 2000 no later than 3.00 p.m.
