Notice of Meeting of Creditors
On the 31st day of October 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Fieldway Services Limited be liquidated and that David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Hamilton, be appointed joint and several liquidators.
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the Beattie Room, Beattie Rickman Centre, corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton on Monday, the 13th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Business
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors.
2. Consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed.
3. Consideration whether to pass resolutions setting out the views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
4. Consideration of appointment of a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting:
Resolution A:
That the appointment of David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean as liquidators of the company be and is hereby confirmed.
Resolution B:
That a liquidation committee be and is hereby appointed to act with the liquidator.
Any other resolution relating to the business of the meeting as may properly be put to the meeting.
