Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a first meeting of creditors of Touch Down Holdings Limited (in liquidation) is to be held on the 28th day of September 2000 at 3.00 p.m., at the premises of the New Zealand Society of Accountants,
23-33 Ohinerau Street, Auckland.
Forms of general and special proxies are available from the office of the liquidators at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, the Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street (P.O. Box 3678), Auckland.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the office of the liquidators on the 26th day of September 2000 no later than 3.00 p.m.
