Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Metro City Management Limited (in liquidation) will be held at my office, Eighth Floor, District Court Building, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland on Thursday, the 28th day of September 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
A meeting will be held to determine whether the creditors wish to:
(a) Appoint Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson as joint and several liquidators in place of the official assignee.
(b) Elect a liquidation committee.
For voting purposes, creditor's claims, postal votes and proxies must be lodged with the official assignee by Wednesday, the 27th day of September 2000.
