Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland on Wednesday, the 19th day of January 2000 at 11.30 a.m. in the forenoon.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidator's committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
