Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants of Auckland, liquidators of Business Forms System Limited (in liquidation), hereby give notice that a meeting of creditors will be held at the Auckland Conference Centre, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Auckland on Wednesday, the 23rd day of August 2000 at 10.30 a.m.
The purpose of meeting is to consider the following:
1. Confirmation of liquidators;
2. Appointment of a liquidation committee, if thought fit; and
3. To receive the views of creditors.
Proxies:
Proxies must be completed and returned to the liquidators at the address supplied below not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
