Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held on Friday, the 4th day of August 2000 at Trailways Motor Inn, 66 Trafalgar Street, Nelson at 1.30 p.m.
Agenda Items
1. Confirming appointment of liquidator, or resolving to appoint a replacement; and
2. Resolving whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Voting Entitlement
In accordance with section 19 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994, creditors are only entitled to vote if they have filed a statement of claim in the prescribed form. Claim forms are available at the liquidator's office.
Proxy Votes
Creditors may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
Proxy forms are available at the liquidator's office. Completed proxy forms must be received by the liquidator on Thursday, the 3rd day of August 2000 no later than 5.00 p.m.
