Notice of Creditors' Meeting

Moreton Holdings Limited (previously known as Baysteel NZ Limited) was placed into liquidation by the High Court at Tauranga on the 19th day of June 2000.
The meeting of creditors will be held by postal vote.
Voting papers and proofs of debt must be received at the official assignee's office, Private Bag 3090, Hamilton, by Tuesday, the 1st day of August 2000 at 5.00 p.m.
Note: Proofs of debt, proxies and postal votes must be received no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
