Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held contemporaneously on Friday, the 4th day of February 2000 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Meltzer Mason Heath, Fifth Floor, ACE Building, 345 Queen Street, Auckland.
Agenda:
1. Liquidators' report on proceeding of the liquidations to date.
2. Confirmation of liquidators.
3. Appointment of liquidation committee(s), pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
4. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the companies' affairs.
Proxies:
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the Liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
