Notice to Creditors
Pursuant to Liquidator's Section 245 of the Companies
Act 1993
To all known creditors: Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
The reasons why the liquidator so decided are:
"The company is solvent and the shareholders have provided an undertaking that all claims will be met."
No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after receiving this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
