Take notice that a meeting of creditors will be held on Friday, the 21st day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Third Floor, Gibson Sheat Centre,
1 Margaret Street, Lower Hutt, for the purpose of:
(a) Resolving whether to confirm the appointment of Jonathan McKellar Dent as liquidator or to make an application to the Court for the appointment of a liquidator in his place.
(b) Determining whether to pass a resolution for the purposes of section 258 (1) (b) setting out the views of creditors.
