Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Pakuranga Community & Cultural Centre, 13 Reeves Road, Pakuranga, Auckland on Thursday, the 8th day of June 2000 at 3.00 p.m.
Agenda:
1. Liquidators report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. Confirmation of liquidator.
3. The appointment of a liquidation committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
Proxy forms may be obtained from the office of the liquidator.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be received at the office of the liquidator not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
