Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held at Baycourt, Durham Street, Tauranga on Tuesday, the 23rd day of May 2000 at 11.00 am.
Business:
1. Appointment of Liquidator
To consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the present liquidator, who was appointed by the shareholders of the company if thought fit to pass the following resolution:
"That no liquidator be appointed to replace the present liquidator."
2. Conduct of the Liquidation
To consider whether the liquidator should be asked to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation and if thought fit to pass the following resolution:
"That no views as to the conduct of the liquidation be placed before the liquidator."
3. Consider appointment of liquidation committee.
