Notice of Liquidation
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of September 1999 at 9.00 a.m., the liquidation of the above-named company commenced when the members appointed Bruce Arthur MacLean of Andersen Legal as liquidator, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Further notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at Arthur Andersen, 209 Queen Street, Auckland on the 15th day of May 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing the company's
affairs;
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed;
3. Appointment of a liquidator's committee, if thought fit; and
4. To receive the views of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Further notice is hereby given by the liquidator of
W T Holding Company (NZ) Limited, a company voluntarily wound up by resolution of its members, that he does fix the 31st day of May 2000, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they have to priority, or be excluded from any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice to Remove Company From the Register
Further notice is hereby given that the liquidator intends to make application to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar on or before the 31st day of May 2000, the Registrar will remove the company from the Register.
