Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
We. Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants of Auckland, liquidators of Building Design and Management Industries Limited (in liquidation), hereby give notice that a meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Meltzer Mason Heath on Wednesday, the
19th day of April 2000 at 10.30 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed;
2. Appointment of liquidation committee, if thought fit; and
3. To receive the views of creditors.
Proxies:
Proxies must be completed and returned to the liquidators at the address supplied below not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
