Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson, chartered accountants of Auckland, liquidators of
T H G Rigging & Scaffolding Limited (in liquidation), hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 243 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland on Wednesday, the 29th day of March 2000 at 10.00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following business and resolutions:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed;
2. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if thought fit; and
3. To receive the view of creditors.
Completed creditor forms, proxies and postal votes should be returned to the liquidators at the address specified below before 4.00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 28th day of March 2000, and in the case of proxies and postal votes, prior to the final deadlines specified in the accompanying letter, to enable creditors to vote.
