Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of SAB Limited (in liquidation) (formerly known as Retail Foods
Limited) will be held at the Auckland Club, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of March 2000 at 10.30 a.m.
Business:
To consider and discuss the following:
1. To discuss any matters arising out of the liquidators' first report.
2. To discuss the status of any actions arising from misrepresentations to franchisees.
3. Further information which may assist the liquidators.
4. To consider and, if thought fit, to appoint a liquidation committee to act with the liquidators.
