Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Chartered Accountants, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland on Monday, the 21st day of February 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Business:
1. Whether to nominate Graeme McDonald and Leearna Waghorne, chartered accountants from John Vague & Associates, in place of the current liquidators.
2. Appointment of a liquidation committee, if thought fit.
3. To receive the view of creditors.
