Notice is hereby given that a new certificate of title will be issued in the name of the applicants for the land hereinafter described under section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless a caveat is lodged by any person having an interest in the land upon the expiration of 1 month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice:

Description of Land: 6068 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3 on land transfer plan 200585 and being part of the land described and composed in certificate of title 518/57.
