Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the memorandum of mortgage 102349.3 for the registration of transfer in exercise of power of sale contained in the said mortgage lodged under 115444.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
