44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of mortgage D. 239347.4 in the name of Elders Pastoral Holdings Limited and Elders Rural Finance N.Z. Limited for the registration of a partial discharge of mortgage lodged under D. 519695.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
