I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 9th day of March 2000.
Application 5781, by Roxburgh Properties Limited, for an estate in fee simple in 5 square metres, more or less, being part Section 367, Town of Wellington and being also part of Lot 1, on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 86103, being part of the land contained in Deeds Index 1/367.
The documentary owner of the land is Jane Burrowes (Crown Grant 1/354).
