I hereby give notice of my intention to issue new instruments of title in place of those declared lost and described in the Schedule below and, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of mortgage 48568 in order to register a change of name and a discharge of the said mortgage lodged as 215099.3 and 215099.4 respectively upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
