44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease 587630.3 for the registration of a surrender from Peter Hong Then Oh and May Ling Oh to Peter Hong Then Oh, May Ling Oh, Hikaia Terence Amohia and Wutee Seak Amohia, lodged under B. 804237.4.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
