44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 9A/766 for the registration of a transmission from Charles Edward Morris to Lindsay Ivan Tapp, lodged under B. 631029.2, and for the registration of a transfer from Lindsay Ivan Tapp as executor to Lindsay Ivan Tapp, lodged under B. 631029.3, and for the registration of a lease from Lindsay Ivan Tapp and Janice Mary Champness to Lindsay Ivan Tapp, lodged under B. 631029.4.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
