Pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of application A. 475605.1 for notification on the Register of the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises, pursuant to memorandum of lease A. 154441.4 between Gordon Street Dunedin Limited as lessor and Papa Stour Holdings Limited as lessee (certificates of title 357/167 and 10F/253).
This notice expires on the 4th day of December 2000.
