I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 27th day of November 2000.
Application 5789 by Patrick David Herlihy for an estate in fee-simple in 1.7600 hectares, more or less, being part Old River Bed (Oroua River) and shown as Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 89647.
The adjoining lands, with rights to the centre-line of the then river, were originally granted to The Emigrants and Colonists Aid Corporation in London by Crown grant 7374 and to Fairfield Thompson under warrant 4/77.
