44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 65D/686 for the registration of a transfer of Lot 2, D.P. S. 89322 from Ronald Lloyd Maunder and Jennifer Elsie Maunder to David John McGrath and Harris Tate Trustees Limited, lodged under B. 627399.2, and for the registration of an order for new certificates of title for Lot 1, D.P. S. 89322 in the names of Ronald Lloyd Maunder and Jennifer Elsie Maunder and Lot 2, D.P. S. 89322 in the names of David John McGrath and Harris Tate Trustees Limited, lodged under B. 627399.3.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above documents upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
